Overall it is excellent. It gets a little monotonous and I think maybe it should have something different in the middle.

There's a great vibe going on in this tune but it's obvious that there's a long way to go. Keep at it and edit your post (file) when you get closer to finishing.

[Counterparts]

Very nice, smooth mix...it needs developing but you've got a nice base to work on.

One thought I had was that the drums sit quite far back in the mix...perhaps they could come forwards a bit.
