XTC plug seem to be already in use when I start cubase vst 3

-installed pulsar v3
-installed upgrade cubase rb7
I can't use the xtc effects in cubase!
Any suggestions?

I have the same pb here... also vst inputs menu doesn't display my ADAT 1/2 in Cubase... any suggestion???

Did you install Pulsar V3 with XTC support AFTER you installed Cubase? Otherwise, the plugins can't be written to the VST directory...?
