CD Text

I thought I had the ability to do this but after further inspection, it seems not.

How or what do you use to incorporate CD Text into an audio CD? I have CD Architect and didn't see anything in there. I have Roxio CD Creator and can't find anything there either. There must be a program out there to do that. Any suggestions?
