Call these guys. They can't sell a board that doesn't have working legacy slots, or they're out of business.
Asus and others can sell and fix later as the competition with little QA and regulations allow it. Just like DAW software can make claims whether the features work or not.
I wish I could invent something that doesnt work like software or cell phones, and never worry about liable suits.
Ask them why most Indutrial manufacturers have skipped over the X70 for the newer Ivy Bridge....probably for the GPU and ability to nuild 1Us for much cheaper.

I went with a motherboard known to work with 4 pro tools PCI cards instead (jetway p67 + 2600k.). Unfortunately having problems with scope software copy protection. Is this related to PCI bandwidth?

start\programs\accessories\system tools\system information\hardware resources\conflicts/sharing
what if anything is sharing an irq with the Scope card(s)?
have you made the bios adjustments required(turning off power stepping)?

Thanks Gary. It turns out this was a problem with integrated graphics. When I added a video card all problems went away.
