Yeah - it seems really nice and I have signed up for the real version - only a (very limited) demo at the moment. Mono and runs out of juice after about 2 minutes of use.
But shouldn't we keep this to the 'devices' section ?

I think it qualifies as a valid announcement

It's nice to see developers keep working on SFP, despite some of the recent business 'troubles'.
I've just tried Interpole but I will check this one, too.
cheers, Tom

It's a pain to reload every 5 minutes or so but I prefer this over the 60 min CW " rush " demo !!!
Many features for approx 35 euros ...
Try the demo over several days !
I hope a version 2 is planned with more LFOs waveforms, more mod - targets combos ...

What did you think of the quality of the filter compared to Interpole (just curious on your thoughts)?

I haven't actually tried the interpole, but I take it the D-Filter will be a lot lighter on DSP, and of course, a bit lighter on the pocket too !

Hi,
Thanks for your interest about this new filter device !
About the demo limit, it's always the same problem : is it better to have a "beeping demo" or "time-limited one"...
But if everything runs as intended, this device would be available also on the Creamware Online Shop...so the 60 minutes demo will be available from there !
About more features on the D-Filter : yes of course, we are thinking of more modulations and so...but the risk, is that the device would become too complex to be used except from "hardcore users" !
We want the right balance between features and simplicity of use.
Best regards,
Loup

it sounds like a cool device. I'll try the demo soon. The Interpole seems good as well but rather limited with only the lowpass filter. I'd rather shell out some more and buy Minimax then.

just been playing with the demo a bit, and I quite like it. Especially the formant filters are great.
Also very good job on the GUI again (just like your excellent compressor).
And the price is nice as well

hehe

The price difference is related to the VAT ("19,6% TVA en france").
The international price is stated NET price, without the VAT.
Depending on the country you buy from, you will have to pay or not the french VAT on this plugin.
The first release of the D-Filter will be this week...

As we had some delays, we will extend the "promotional price" on the D-filter (at least until we have a clear answer from Creamware for the Online shop...)

La TVA or VAT ... ouch ... okay !
Concerning modulations : I'am ALWAYS for more !!!!
If you don't use them, the tool is simple and the processing power is light, if you want to use more you have have to buy more power ( DSP or native ) and everybody is happy ...
I bought Solaris, I can't use it at 100 % if I use all modules slots ... my Pulsar II will be choked, I'll buy extra Sharcs because I have to ...
