Well, I am a student with a DSP-fetish, so I am still saving up for a bicycle.

Holy sheep shit! I was always fond of the whole going through 'one time' underwear and socks, and sleeping on the floors (or beds if you're smoov) of various fans and groupies. But apparently I lack vision.

OK, people STOP believing it's my band bus - OK. I just saw it on a forum, and ofcoarse I had to share the view with you people. Unfortunately I believe it is more expensive than even a huge house.

Hey! I saw a report on the news last night and found out these busses are made about 200 miles from my place. This company makes $500M a year!

So funny  To you 200miles is probably quite near. Danes are strange, when it comes to distances. 40km is far to travel if a Dane wants to vissit another Dane!

If they sell so many busses, are we gonna hear any confessions here?

at0mic, 200 miles from CW HQ
(in Belgium you can't drive 200miles in one direction without going abroad)

 The province I live in is 11 times bigger than France. That's why europeans freak out about our "wide open spaces" here.

My parents have something similar to this (just the front part - not the trailer - that's unusual).

They travel all around the United States in the thing. There are entire communities of mobile homes here in the US - like the Hell's Angels of motorhomes. They travel in groups sometimes and often will convene on a certain town somewhere (they call it a rally). There will be literally hundreds of these vehicles parked in an area. The companies that make these homes bring their latest models to sell at these rally's. It's wild. Consider that a fairly decent mobile home like the one pictured can cost upwards of $250K USD (or more depending on how nuts you want to get). Not to mention the cost of gasoline for these things (I think my dad said it cost around $250 to fill up the tank). It must seem like an incredible waste of money to people outside the US. Yet these things are fairly commonplace here. It's mostly retired professional couples that cashed in their profit sharing and are living the good life.

I remember my dad complaining one time they went to a large rally and there was a small booth giving away free ice cream. People were waiting in line like 45 minutes for a free scoop of ice cream. The ironic part was that these people probably had some ice cream in their refrigerator
