I´ve gone for the Maestro Concert Piano, I will make a small track with it soon, but I can say that I like it much.

On the maestro download side, where you see the Maestro Piano download link for example.
On the top of this page you´ll find a link to sfpack, a small program that packs the sf files to smaller files. Once you have started sfpack all sfpack files will change their icon, now double click on that sfpack files and the sfpack program will open.
Start the decompression and you have the sf2 file.
