...but I have never been more satisfied with my DAW. My Current setup is built around a 2,2 GHz Pentium 4 processor with an Epox mainboard with an Intel chipset. I have 2 Pulsar II and 1 Pulsar I and it's running rock-solid. At first I had lots of problems with Cubase SX giving audio-pops and crackles but after a couple of hours hard-tweaking the computer, eliminating unwanted IRQs it has finally resulted in _The_ _Perfect_ DAW.

My god... for two days I've been recording and arranging a new track and neither Cubase or SFP has crashed. I'm in heaven...

Sorry for interrupting you guys, but that was everything I wanted to say.
If my new songs make any money I'll surely buy a Scope-card.

Cheers,

Carl.

Well... it's not perfect. Sometimes the 2448 mixer decides to ignore the Sonic Timeworks reverb, but that's a small problem.

I don't know if this will be of any help, but... DON'T UPDATE ANY SOFTWARE UNTIL IT'S PROVED TO WORK. I never update anything (Windows, SFP or syntesizer OS) until a couple of weeks after the release. Way too many times users find nasty bugs.

I'm still with Cubase v1.03 and there are lots of reports of crashes with v1.05 and v1.051.
