Any of the mics you mentioned are excellent choices. It would be a difficult task to choose which one is best since they all sound excellent.
The Neumann has a slightly darker tonality to it than the AKG414. I use the TLM103 only for vocals when the singer has a slightly sibilant tone.
The 414 has a silky smooth top end which makes it a perfect choice for just about anything really. There's a reason why the 414 is one of the industry standards - it sounds great! Plus I like that fact it has all those polar patterns to choose from including omni-directional. That makes it a great choice for difficult miking requirements. It's a fairly lightweight mic so you can mount it on a regular mic stand without fear of it tipping over
I guess my choice would be the 414 - it has an edge over the other mics because of the silky top end and the various built-in polar patterns.
Have fun shopping!
