This happened to me in a Mod-II device and here it is again in Mod-III:

Whenever I put a pan modulator in the chain I get clicking. Take it out and the clicking goes away. Also, if I turn the mod level to zero then again, no clicks.

This is especially evident with sine waves being pan modulated by another sine wave... but then the clicks have no pattern so an interaction seems unlikely.

I tried putting the modulators before and after the polyOut to no effect.

Very annoying.

Last time I asked no one had any ideas, maybe this time ?

Have you tried to put an LPF before the Pan Mod input? Don't have SFP here, just an idea.
Like: Constant Value->LPF->cutoff mod smoothens out the filter cutoff.

regular pan mod works cool here, what modular setup have you got experiencing this prob?

It's strange - in some devices it works perfectly and in others I get clicks. I'm trying to see diagnose what the exact configuration is that causes it...
