If your video source is an AVI, Logic is perfectly suited to play and sync with it directly from your PC drive...
If you go in options menu, there is a 'load AVI' item, use it then it will play in sync with your music...

Any of the SoFo apps also do that - and are specifically designed to lengthen or shorten the track to fit the video (without of course changing the pitch).
The video appears in a detachable window.
