I just got through discussing with a friendly Creamware Sales advisor about the possibility of using a Plus spider cable (i.e. the cables spewing forth from the IO plate) with a Z-Link IO plate (as opposed to the classic spider). He said that it wasn't possible to just mix & match as the IO plate is custom made to the output type. When I asked him why there isn't a Zlink plate with an XLR spider, he said there wasn't any interest. So my question is, is this true??!? Is no one interested in such a thing?

If there's enough yes's I might forward the thread to Creamware.de
