does it always takes so long for email replies from cw? i posted an email to the germany and american hq about registering a pulsar2 (receiving one soon) and that 'recommendation' promotion. No one has replied, it's been almost 2 weeks....man this is ridiculous!

if i knew this would happen i probably would have went and bought a RME card or something!

anyone have any alternative contact details? i'm from australia...

Don't worry, you'll know when you get the card!

If not, mail them again and say you have it. They said there's some illness in the office for the moment, so yes there can be some delay lately.

Good luck

[edit] I'm sorry, did not know there's problems still, I thought they were sorted out :/

I emailed them recently and all I got was an automated out-of-ofice reply. The other two addresses I sent it to have not replied.

Creamware are utterly, completely and breathtakingly hopeless at communicating with customers.

Remember they they said they'd be participating at Planet Z ? And in my desperate enthusiasm, I believed them

Edit: You could try to get some help from the Australian Creamware dealer Greg cato - he's a good guy. Have a look at his site, Major Music.

I'm still waiting for mail regarding that "recommendation" thing too. About two weeks as well. Not very nice of Creamware, but it's a known problem.

I only ever contacted Creamware (germany) once and got emails back within a couple of hours. I got 3 emails total over 2 days.

They are totally sweet. If you've got no reply then try another addy, lots of companies have better things to do than hire staff to filter spam full time.
