Which one is best for mastering as well single tracks as the final mix? I have almost no knowledge in the mastering process, and until I can learn more I could really use a good mastering processor. Or, is it two different kinds of machines?

It must be CW's marketing pop phrase or something... SO many people think Optimaster and PsyQ do similar things...

Thanks! Yes, this question came to my mind when I found out that the person who got me to order my Pulsar 2, would get either of these two plugins for free just for recruiting me. Honestly, I was too lazy to search for this, I'll try to do that the next time.
