Hi all,

Today I had a bad surprise: On my "new" PC (1 year old, Athlon 1400, ASUS M266 MoBo ...)the cd-drives cannot read AKAI-CDs; that means, they cannot load any AKAI-sample from CD in STS.
I have Toshiba DVD-ROM SD-M1502 and Ricoh CD-R/RW MP7125A.
Does anyone have similar problems? At my old computer, where 2 SCSI-CD-drives are built in, I never had such problems, they could read all AKAI-CDs.
What's the matter???

Thank you, Thomas

ASPI 4.71 should solve your problem

Thank you, Micha.
1. What is ASPI? Where can I get it?
2. Forgot to say: I use win98se. It runs very well (but not reading AKAI), I try to avoid changing to XP.
