New (free) VST-plugin, ugly surface but easy to use and - great sound:
Download-Link:

How do you compare that to the free SFP-Synths available?

I wouldn't exactly call this quality, which it seems to lack completely with it's aliasing filter.
The thingy does a great job though in lofi, highpassed stuff and is great fun with the simple arpegg. Liked the 'roomy' sound of the chorus too.
Could be called a Hummel of VSTIs
cheers, Tom

Very interesting sound... rather rich and fat. Nice for making arpegios... Cheers.

I personally prefer the Nin-ja. That synth has some balls, man!

The link works fine, Nestor but only in Internet Explorer. Netscape stinks more and more...

For those who have tried Synth 1 and like it, there are several additional soundbanks at kvr-vst.com
Some sounds are good, some not so good.
