can i hook up a TC Powercore card and my Powerpulsar together in one system ?

are they any problems ect. ?

Yes you can. The TC card is going to "steal" some PCI bandwitdh but not much. But you'd better have an Intel chipset or Mac, then it should work just fine.
There are some other chipsets that should work fine as well but too many to mention.
Intel is the safest bet.
