I was browsing around the Creamware Forum (and here) looking for a solution for these smegging PCI Overflow caused by my VIA KT-133 chipset. I were getting them a lot running Reason, SFP and using Cool Edit Pro as a HD-recorder at the same time.
I found this link, which were put up by "Ingo Raven", he said it should solve most of the problems.
http://www.tecchannel.de/hardware/817/8.html
And installed the patch under: "PCI Latency" patch for VIA chipsets"
What can I say other than - It works for me! No more PCI Overflow!
Thomas
Edit: Link updated the old one turned out to become a dead end!?
