big problem as I don't have any midi out... it worked fine with cubase 5.1.

Your welcome. And let me give you an advice for the next time that you have a problem: don't give so much info as to your system, configuration etc., that would be too much work. We can sort out your problems without all that.

configuration in sx has nothing to do with windows or motherboard
I found the solution anyway
