Try checking the Larger Disk Buffer Box. If it continues check the Larger Process Buffer Box. In Syncronization Settings under Audio select External or Free.

Check Luna settings in control Panel. Make sure 8 in 8 out. No more.

I know where those settings are found. There is no external or Free though...

I am using Version Logic 4.81. Are the general settings not the same as Version 5?

In the General tab
Sync mode choices are:
Internal
MTC
Midi clock
Manual
No choices to be made under the Audio tab except for byte-rate settings
Unless I set the Validate MTC setting to "Jam sync" in the General tab?

In my case, I have optimised everything in my system and I still had this message until I desactiviate in the bios the two serial ports.

Where do you have the Logic key attached?

I do not have any Logic keys as I am using Logic Audio Silver. (only a CD check from time to time)
BUt I presume that Logic Audio Gold or Platinium does have an USB dongle, right ?
So in my case it would work as my two USB ports are still active (I am using a midi interface MT4 from Logic)
