Can someone pleae tell me how to initiate a proper program change between Pulsar synth and Cubase. I understand how to do it in cubase, but when I choose the proper bank and program number, it always gives me the patch that is one number off. For instance, if in cubase I type "bank 1" "Program 8", I will receive "bank 1" "program 7" instead. I know that in the midi spec it is either 0-127, 0r 1-128. I think this is the problem, I just dont know where to make the appropriate change. Can anyone please help. Thanks

in the part info menu bar far left of your arrange page, (the one you can toggle on and off using the arrow in the bottom left hand corner) where you set the preset there should be an downward arrow button next to the text box for program change click it a drop down menu appears select 0-127.
And you are set!
The same applies to the bank setting.
