To keep your downloaded devices separate, in Windows Explorer create a new folder on the same level as the default Devices folder (Live Bar > Set > Settings > Directories).
Rename it to start with "Devices" (eg. "Devices - other") and now this folder will appear along with the default "Devices" when you right click the device field on the live bar.
You could also copy your old devices to, say, "Devices 3.01" to have them available too if desired.
