Hi Hubird
Finally had a proper listen to this one. I really like it, it's my kind of groove. You've obviously put alot of thought into its' structure. Love that filter at beginning. Great combination of sounds/samples, they contrast and complement one another perfectly. They're also very thoughtfully placed in the stereo field. Great production mate, thumbs up from me. The only suggestion I can make is: I felt like you created a captivating scenario and an anticipation that something crazy could happen at any moment, but unfortunately it never does. Perhaps a tempo change with a contrasting rhythm or vocal or both? Great song nonetheless, keep up the good work. Got any others for me to listen to?

cheers ZA

Amazing, how cooperation between people can be so beautiful  This sure is a complete track, I like it a lot!

Is this a commercial release/demo? Send it in!

Thanks Agent and At0mic.
Agent, yes sometimes I also miss that crazy moment.
But a remix will be made soon, so I will try than.
We worked about two months on this, 3 long evenings a week.
If you would know how many musical elements we have tried and later skipped...
I can't take the risk to disturb now the balance we got.
Thanks for listening and for your good words! You know I like your stuff very mutch!

At0mic, you're right, it is special when two people can cooperate in a natural way, and you're lucky if both are complementing.
Phezzler is a dj, so his contribution to the arrangement stuff was great and precise.
It's our first coproduct, we sure gonne make other songs.

Great you did hear the song is a complete track, as you call it.
There were no replies before your's two, so I started to think already am I wrong and is this song shit? And also is the arrangement and the sound?
So I feel better now

I never start making music without trying to make an end mix.
It must be good enough for a *possible* release, or at least I must know this was the max I could get out of it.

Sometimes I would like to see more end mixes in this forum.
It's difficult to judge trials or setup songs, because what would I say about a mix if the maker himself doesn't know exactly what he wants with it?
It's so delicat to find all the right elements in combination with the arrangement plus the sound...you stand alone on the world than.
For me it doesn't make mutch sense to discuss a new project before I by myself already know where it should go to.
But for others it can be very hulpfull to get comments, I don't now.

One of these days I will post the final mix, with a bit better arrangement and better mastering.
I used my SPL vitalizer for widening the strereo field, but today I discoverd the S1 of Waves, and this does the job even better than the Vitalizer!

And yes we wanne look for a release for this, after the dance mix has made.

Thanks!
