neutron devices with "3" in the name are not version 3 of the device, they are SFP type devices.

Anti Coder Public Beta

Similar to a vocoder in operation. designed for effects though (although it can be used with voice)
  • built in wavetable oscillator and noise.
  • Carrier input, wavetable and noise seperately mixable on seperate band-groups.
  • 18 bands devided into 6 groups of 3 (3 bands per octave).
  • tuneable filters.
  • Wavetable position modulateable by the first follower.
  • seperate rez and decay for each group.
  • keyed or un-keyed output (ADSR)
  • keyboard split. below c4 controls the wavetable osc, c4 and above controls the carrier filters frequencies.

I just noticed a mistake. where it says "mod in" should read "carrier in" (first row of knobs on carrier mixer)

The device is meant to be monophonic. it will not work properly if you set the polyphony to more than 1.

Currently, The filters can not relly be "played" on the top half of the keyboard without a portamento like effect. I will attempt to fix this next. *update* they have been sped up a bit. there is still a fast glide, but it is useable now.

please leave feedback and suggestions
thanks

I have obviously not got the hang of this one at all.

I get very low volume out of it. I know, it's because I don't understand it and I'm sure it's good.

I'll keep struggling with it and see if I can actually produce anything.

I only just worked out how to use Vocoder III so that should give you an idea of how far behind I am.

I have added input and output level controls and speeded up the filter response to the keyboard.

Note! you will not get anything much out of this unless you input someMIDI notes. the filter frequencies start at zero untill a signal tells them what to do.

all the other filters are multiples of the first filter, so if the first one is zero..they all are

notes above c4 control the filter , below controls the oscillator.

you may get a midi channel bug with the pulsar top bar channel selector. the device has 2 midi voice controlers fighting for it and they have to learn to behave.

*update* i fixed it last night. it will be uploaded tonight.

Now that would be practical Artificial Intelligence. Does it come w 3.01?

Thanks man, this device is another renewer in pulsar landscape. Ken, try this one!

cute device, Defex
but i miss display for wavetable name...

also i noticed that output is in stereo and it doesn't sound like phase error. care to elaborate?

it is just alternating filters outputting to each side. i will make a knob or switch to mono-ize it as well as have diferent modes of stereo. (alternate the actual filters or the octaves)

the wavetable name will also be included. its a bit of a pain to do

this will be updated to an SFP type device.
