CAn be used for visualization of audio in a short/live video.

Has a stereo input and a mono input for an instrument or microphone. The gain allows to set the amount of lit LEDs and the fallback coefficient makes it update faster or slower. On the panel, the vu are reversed compared to the pad inputs, because i guessed it is more logical for the viewer to see the performance on the far right (they have no notion of summing or stuff like that, it's more like "the guy plays above another sound").

Strictly visual usage, for fun, not for measurments.

v "2c" adds an option to change each vus for a darker color, which is useful with some cameras or light conditions.
also, panel position is now restored in projects (and screensets).

partially replaces something like that :

I was wondering how to give Scope a modern look, given that Scope is so old and now, at a glance, everyone can see how cool Scope is with the added bonus I look like I'm doing some work!
Many thanks Mehdi, finger on the pulse, as ever.
No brainer download - looks so cool on my system 🤩

Hi all,
Thanks ! Good to know it is useful / used.

Please download the new v2b version available in the first post, to enjoy the following bug fixes or improvments:
- panel was not appearing in the explorer window
- panel was not available through double-click
- VU meter animation (LEDs) are now flagged as "not selectable", meaning that you can grab the panel on the Vus, to move the panel around.
- various internal cuisine for optimization.

Please note that, to correct the Panel bug, it was necessary to import inside a new device and recreate a new panel and parameter list (so it is not compatible with previous versions, which should not really be a problem on that device).

Have fun !

next week i will try to solve:
- panel position not recalled
- choice of darker VU colors to look better on bad cameras

in the meantime, have fun :-)

v2c available, with option for darker colors (will not be darker once filmed, will be less "white") and panel position...
