Let's say I have $1000.00 on my pocket, and I'm crazy about the CreamWare stuff and I use Cubase VST, which card do you consider the best to buy??: the Luna II, XTC, or get $200 extra to buy the Pulsar.

Definitely go with the full Pulsar2 card if you can, you get propack with the Prisma, Lightwave all the nice effects and the newer mixer.
