Is it possible to use a intel xeon processor
on asus tusl-c? If not, what do I need for a board and are there any experiences with its performance on native and pulsar audio applications?

No, Xeon are socket 603, completely different size and pinout. In a TUSL2, you can use Celeron/CeleronII/Coppermine/Tualatin chips, even the 512k Tualatin P3s in there (from what I have heard at least), but XEONs require their own special XEON board.
What are the advantages of a XEON compared to the P3? Where are the differences, is a XEON a good choice for us pulsarians at all?

Yes, the xeon is a expensive processor.
But you can look on ebay for used one. Sometimes they´re really cheap.
The chache of a xeon is about 2MB. I would like to know how they perform with audio applications.
Wow, 2MB cache is impressive! Is it L2, or L3? If the Xeon has the same implementations as the P3, I think you have a monster cpu there for audio I wish you found a motherboard to handle all that violence
