STM 2448X

Hello, finally received my Xite 1 and already lost...
On my old Luna/power/sampler/pulsar2 configuration, the STM 2448 gave me 24 outputs + 8 buses.
With the STM 2448X, I only have the 8 buses. Is there anything I need to do to get my 24 outputs?
Thank you

direct outs?
there is a button on the "options" page to hide/unhide the direct outs, just like on the PCI cards.

I can find the option button, but I can't activate the outputs, but that's probably linked to my other problems.
To be continued

I can't really figure out how to get the outputs, the strange thing is that it's visible directly on the STM 1632X.
See the image of my STM 2448 on Scope 5.1
thank you

outs are stereo. for a mono channel, just use the left out.
it is exactly the same with the PCI cards.

It´s tragic,- but it seems, the average customer,- possibly promising bedroom producer or such,- needs more and more fully idiot proof gear.

No constructive comment necessary !
YOU better RTFM before asking dumb questions.

Good-natured ribbing is something we're used to here. Similarly, Scope is not for the faint of heart or attention span.

But this reminds me, it's time to build my Xite box.

You missed my point, take this forum with a light heart and you'll do fine. Every single person here (except Holger) started not knowing Scope, and really any of their tools. We learn by making mistakes, and when our peers and teachers give us a hard time, it's because they know full well all of the steps you follow in.

my answer was ironic.
I had a scope project dating from mathuzalem, moving to Xite and scope 7, I can not find and especially I do not remember how I had activated the outputs on my mixer, yes I have not reread the manual, I thought I had the answer faster here.
I would have accepted being called lazy, but not what I read.
but then I'm very sensitive. :D

Nearly !

That´s why I can read and understand user manuals,- and service manuals too.

Who says I do ?

And what has this to do w/ reading a manual to find ot how to activate direct outs on a virtual mixer ?
You know, when I read threads like this viewtopic.php?p=354784#p354784,- I´m about chuckin´ up.
Scope hard- and software isn´t entry level gear really,- so we can expect people buying it used or new know why they buy and when they get problems, read the manuals before asking the simplest questions again and again.

It´s for sure not welcome,- but I´m tired reading bulls##t and I´m also not born to be gentle and to make it comfortable for everyone always.
Go figure ...
