Un je ne sais quoi

Worked with local artist Florent Sivell on his new release. A quasi electro-folk production that afforded to me the pleasure of arranging much of the music. Fun to work in a new style. Mixed on Xite 2448 with almost every plug-in you can name...

Video is pretty cool too:

Sorry I'm not here more often.

Peace to you all.

Mercifully they client's client was non existent during the entire process. Already picked up for 1 week regular spin on 12 terrestrial stations here in Qc so it seems there are some who like it. His regular sound is very folk ( chansonnier ) and he wanted to break away from the acoustic thing...so there it is.

Works well - something different from your stable. Is there such a thing as French Reggae ?

So much French reggae in Africa and France. Alpha Blondy might be the biggest:

I love Nina Hagen, but that is neither French nor African. One of my fav tunes is her cover of the Tubes "white punks on dope" (aka TV Glotzer)

Yes that's a classic - also was available in English at the time - but I don't think the album Unbehagen was ever released in English, or at least I cant find it.
