Hi,

I've got 5.1 working partially on Win 10. Wavelab and MPC Studio see the ASIO driver fine (and seem to play it back ok too). But both Ableton and Cubase give an error that Scope isn't running (or there are no ASIO channels loaded).

Is there any way around this or is it one of the reasons to upgrade to v7?

FYI I didn't want to update to WIn 10 but the new Cubase won't even install on it (although I read you can install it on Win 10 and then copy over). Seems invetiible I'll have to upgrade so trying to get it out of the way now.

run those apps in win8 compatibility mode.

there is no point in constantly updating apps anyway. it's rare that there is significant advantage, except for the people coding the apps and their pocketbooks. jmho...

just wait until the next win10 update. you will be reinstalling the v5.1 driver.

Agree. Testing Win 10 now to see how painful it is and if so will just stick to Win 7 and deal with not being able to update. Majority of what I need to work is there already.
