Post by MCMASTER STUDIO »

What is the connection on "Routing Window" in XITE-1 to send multitrack from DAW project to XITE-1 STM 4896 mixer?

DAW: MAGIX SEQUOIA 15 x64
SOUNDCARD: Sonic Core XITE-1
INSTRUMENT: KORG KRONOS 2 88

This is well documented in the manual, and you can find videos on Youtube from people discussing their workflows where some of this will be visible. Also check out some of the default projects. That being said, I'll answer your question:

There are two types of I/O modules in scope:
- Software i/o modules are used to communicate with your DAW and other software (send midi & audio data back & forth)
- Hardware i/o modules used to send data to & from your Xite's physical connections.

You'll see several types of software i/o's for audio connections, including WAV modules and ASIO, the latter is where you want to focus. There are several types of ASIO drivers in my installation, but I have merged Scope 7 with Scope 5.1 and run the PCI cards not Xite, so I'll let someone more familiar with Xite and Magix Sequoia respond from here...

The link below shows how it works for Cubase - so just translate for your DAW - the Scope side will be the same anyway :

https://www.scopeusers.com/ScopeRise/issue_01/cubase.htm

And the STM guide used to be here but its not there anymore

ftp://sonic-core.net/manuals/SCOPE/Manu ... 204896.pdf

I could only find the general user guide here:

http://scope.zone/index.php?id=1978&lg= ... dditionals
