Scope hardware is not recognized on Windows Startup

Hi
After Installing a fresh windows 10 installation on an SSD, the booting is now much faster than normal HHD, but scope hardware is not seen at first boot.
Looks like I have to wait more than 10, 20 seconds to launch scope.exe.
If I launch Scope.exe with windows startup.. I get error.... "No Scope hardware"
Any Ideas on this?

Do not let Scope auto start when ŵindows starts. Disable that and start manually.
I had the same issue before when first setting up Scope 7 64bit on Win 7 64bit on an SSD drive.
My guess is windows needs to complete loading drivers and other processes so then when you start Scope manually shortly after it should work fine.
Hope that helps

Have you installed the latest chipset driver for your mainboard?
Clean the pci contacts with a Rubber! Nothing else.
