Option 1 + a new ssd = most powerful solution

I prefer option one as well, mainly because of the processor. It might have a more powerful graphics card as well?

Just be aware this gfx card has 256mb of ram... i cant say how it will react with win 7 and modern apps like Live 10 or newer cubase, and you would probably want more system ram for that use as well. Especially if going 64bit.

2 monitors, scope, daw work well, whithout problem
