hey i have a new laptop im using as my main daw pc with rme usb interface and an old desktop computer with scope pci card. I built this setup in hopes of using the scope pc as external system for just synths and fx via adat. No problem except one thing i didnt consider enough-midi. Is there any way to send midi from daw sequencer on laptop into scope pc to control scope synths?

or is only way to be able to utilize midi between sequencer and scope one needs to have scope in daw system?

If the RME interface has built-in MIDI ports you could use these.
If not you could send MIDI over ethernet via CopperLan for example.
