Windows 10 and Ableton 9 64bit can' see ASIO connection

OUt of curiousity, I installed Windows 10 and go this problem: Ableton 9 says: Scope is not running or ASIO is not included. Any solution to that or shall I rollback my system? Scope is working fine BTW.

run Ableton in win8 or win7 compatibility mode...
