Just curiuos if I can still use my ADAT Ports for a pair of TC Fireworx and then use a Luna Z-Link.

If yes is it safe to assume the Z Link modules in the XITE-1 would be used like the rest of the modules without any issues?

the Luna boxes aren't powered by the XITE's ports, otherwise...

A16 Ultra only....

So would the A16 Ultra be able to use the Z Link modules and still handle using ADAT A & ADAT B modules...?

sure. the A16 ultra can use Z-Link and then you can use whatever you want on ADAT.

Can't believe I had a couple and didn't know that.

One of my A16 Ultra's has the Z-link in as well as ADAT - ADAT or Z-link to be used at one time, not both

Other A16's I have Ferrofish mk II does not have Z-link

Point of this thread is if you look for another A16 ultra and need Z-link and ADAT be sure to check it has both ADAT and Z-link on the unit before you buy just in case - That is all

Creamware & Sonic Core A16's I think have the Z-link on whilst Ferrofish don't I beleive - Apologies if this is not correct

I am getting an old blue A16 w/ Z Link.

no, i don't think that's an A16 Ultra...

It's like a greyish colour not blue A16 Ultra ( Creamware with the "@" logo)
I have 2 of these Connected via z-link and Adat.
