hey guys an issue here for a friend who just got scope

win7 64 bit
installed fine scope loads fine. no sound. in samplerate window the top left corner that shows the rate is empty. no whip is attached. moving around the samplerate or toggling the slave/master dont change the situation

any ideas?

Reseat the card and/or reinstall scope?

Driver signing on install wasn't an issue? When I've forgotten to disable it, I've seen strange things, until I reinstalled with driver signing disabled during scope install (and of course remember to install and run as administrator)

it needed a re-seating! thats also what i told him but i think he thought at first its like the "unplug your modem and turn it back on" costumer service thing now he did it and i told him to listen to old scope souls next time j/k ofc, all good works! thanks!!!!!
