Need to move my SCOPE 5.1 to my other card.

I Need to move my SCOPE 5.1 to one my other cards. It currently is on my Luna Card and I need to move it to one of my Pulsar Cards.
New motherboard only has 2 slots and i need the second PCI slot for something else. However I need to keep the Breakout cable functional to connect to my Monitor controller and re-record the output back into Windows.
I'm on Win 8 64 Bit
How much does this cost and How do I go about getting it done?

I believe the transfer fee is around €100.
It might be cheaper to get a motherboard with 3 PCI-slots and get the full experience

Fee will be about 98 euro

actually, we don't move the v5.1 keys, only optional keys.
i can arrange a discount for v5.1, however, that should make it all less painful.

so it isn't possible to move a v5.1 OS from one card to another in case the card breaks/works anymore?
I'm going to purchase a second Pulsar 2 plus card to couple it with my actual Pulsar 2 plus v5.1 to substitute my dead Pulsar 1, or just to keep it as spare/stock just in case my main one go in paradise.
The ones for which I'm dealing have v4.5 only.
the upgrade actually is 239 euros.
What would be the discount you could arrange eventually?

if a card breaks, then you can have everything transferred to another card for free. you will have to return the broken card, however.
you should write to support when you are ready to do something. then we can see what can be done for you...
