VCR128,VCR-S,Syncplate Souce and Dest Modules Problem

Someone knows how to solve this problem?

I installed the sync plate on my DAW and with 'win xp 32 bit' everything works perfectly.

With 'win7 32-bit', however when loading the module VCR128, VCR-S, Scope 5.1 stops working and displays a windows message ('ID events 1000'the module that generated the error is 'sim2k.dll');
when instead load Syncplate Dest on the project display a scope message: "TC02 unknow external symbol 'sav asta sync' this may be the result of an installation error or version conflict"
and Scope 5.1 stops working and closes.
I note that Ext.BNC and Ext.ADAT appear in the scope sample rate setting
I note that all cables are connected regularly to the sync plate and to Alesis Adat Recorders
I note that all the other modules and device hardware and software work perfectly.
Thanks for your attention.

To use ADAT modules on scope 5.1 with win 7 you must run scope in 'Administrator mode'.

well, this thing seems to be a constant source of surprises
under WinXP in Scope 5.1 the VRC 128 used to crash on my system - similiar to your error message
now all of a sudden it works :o

at the time of those errors I once installed it under Win7, no problems... which also was confirmed by other users here

did you read the syncplate documentation ?
there are some restrictions on how to use those extra modules and which physical connections apply

cheers, Tom
