I've seen some similar topic before but couldn't find it this time. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm buying new Pulsar II with v3 software. Is it true that I have no FM One synth then? Or I have a chance to get it somewhere?

Thanks in advance.

Build your own FM Synth with the modular2 and your will not need fm one anymore.
Check out the ready-to-use model "YM2151+" in the modular patches section in this forum.

Also, it looks like wavelength will be releasing an FM synth, check out http://www.track0.com/wavelength

Defex's Neutron PXR5 is a pretty sweet amplitude modulation/frequency modulation device, check it out on http://www.neutron7.com -- and its FREE

Yep, there are some great new synths around. Don't feel disappointed at not getting the FM. As Eurocide says, the YM is a fantastic ModV2 patch - and there's plenty of other great patches too. Then there's the Goofy, Neutron Micro, 303, Saturn and ZS404 - all great FREE machines. And if you want to spend some money (and it's definitely worth it), then try the BassmanIII, Deep Blue, Supreme, Z0405, Synchrotron and any of the Zarg range.

Phew ! Lots happening these days.

Thanks guys.
Although the best thing I liked in FM One was how it looked. Great appearance. Heheh...

The FM One will still work in v3.0.
Once you've got your card, I'm sure someone can provide you with a copy of the FM One.

It does complain when you try and feed operators back on themselves in v3.0, but there are plenty of possibilities even without Osc feedback.

Well, will YOU help me obtain one? Or can you point at someone who will?

My public email is noctulius@antisocial.com
I'd be really glad to receive FM One to that address.
Thanks in advance.
