scope home card help

hello i just got a new home card and have trouble figuring how to connect it. Unlike the other cards with Left and Right outputs, from reading the manual only one of the 1/4 jacks is an output, and the other an input. No problem with mono sources but how do i connect only one jack to a stereo source like monitors for example?
