While I save up for an Xite and wait for a new studio space, I picked up a Plugiator on eBay. I'm having trouble registering the hardware through inDSP's server: when I enter the serial number online, an error message tells me that the serial number is invalid.

Can anybody help me sort this out? My e-mails and calls to inDSP and use|audio have not been answered.
