Are you saying that when you turn a pan control in your scope project, the sound is still center on your monitors ?
What are you connecting with your z-link ?
Have you eliminated your monitoring setup by monitoring something else ( eg iPod ) to see if that pans, or that the music from it plays in stereo ?

So you go from Soundcraft->Zlink->Scope->Zlink->Soundcraft ?
And then theres no pan on Soundcraft ?
What happens if you bypass Scope eg Soundcraft->Zlink-> ->Zlink->Soundcraft ?
Is there still no pan ?
Or have I missed something ?

Yes I'm lost. If it's a mixer problem, then it's not a Scope problem.
