Hi,

I have a Pulsar 2 with some devices (Mix+Master, Attacker, ...) where I had the 4.5 keyfile. I got the answer from Sonic Core I could use the Luna devices (4.0) going forward and it worked out. Now I have the 5.0 keys from SC (as I need to use the crappy Vista) and I only get the 5.0 devices running from the Pulsar board. The luna is installed and DSPs are shown. Only the registration of the LUNA devices fail! On 4.5 I could use the 4.0 keys, now I can't!!!!

That's kind of annoying as I have all the synths and some more devices on the Luna (indeed more than on the Pulsar as I got it later)!

Is there a way to be able to use them? Would be stupid to update twice on 2 boards, three times on 3 boards if they are running in the same system. Ans also it did work before!

send a copy of your v4 keyfile(for all the cards) and your new v5.1 keyfile to support attached to a short note explaining that you need v5 keys for the other card's devices. it may take a few days, but it's not a problem.
