Includes breakout box, firewire cable and the yellow registration card (I think I let go of the packaging some time ago).
£90 + £10 shipping to UK, approx. £20 to mainland Europe, though I would check and confirm the EU delivery cost before accepting payment.
It's in excellent condition - has spent more time packed away in a box than anywhere else! Just never needed the extra I/O myself as it turned out.
