Revert back to Scope 4.5?

I made the stupid mistake of installing Scope 5.0 - hoping that it would work with my Maschine in XTC mode. It still doesn't work and I lost my WC Pro One synth. Now worst of all is that when I uninstall 5.0 and reboot, I can't run 4.5 anymore! It complains about a hardware compatibility. How do I get 4.5 working again? 5.0 installed into a separate folder and had a different sys file so I can't see how it doesn't work anymore.

If you are getting the dreaded 'hardware version xx detected' error, theres some suggestions under the 'Fatal Errors' menu of this article:

if its some other error and you solve it, Im interested to record the fix.

I guess you uninstalled the scope software but not the hardware driver.
The solution would be to uninstall the hardware card, then install it again with the former version.
Why did you loose a plug during the migration to Scope 5.0 ?

Thanks for your feedback, guys! I got my WC Pro One working in v5. I just had to copy the dev file from my 4.5 folder. I just need to figure out where to get a key for Modular 4 and why the XTC plug-ins don't appear in Native Instruments Maschine when they work perfectly fine in Ableton Live. I rescanned my plug-in folder after installing v5, but for some reason they remain unchecked in the plug-in manager.
