2 quick Mobo questions

I've read the Mobo discussions, so here's a quick couple of questions. Intel DP67BAB3. Is this OK for XITE-1D?
Or pehaps GA-Z68X-UD3R-B3 MB instead? I would prefer intel.
I think it's time to replace my old faithful Intel PBZ875D. That's 8 years great service.
