I recently opened a project and ran the output of the scope mixer to a single mixer channel.
I then turned up the gain and saw some low level noise.
I recorde it and normalised the file. Mid you, it was very low level noise but it showed me something was going on.

Have a listen and look at the wave file and tell me what you see:

The plugins were PsyQ and Timeworks soft master compressor.

Maybe some programming problems at low level. Could it interfere with audio?

can't hear anything from that file, but some noise would be normal, and no, it's not just a programming thing. things that add gain will bring up the noise floor. there is nothing electronic that doesn't have noise.
