Hello All!

Is there a way that allows to name the various ports?
Ex: "Scope [2] ADAT A DEST" could be changed to whatever external device is connected to the port?
Same for other ports, MIDI. AES, SPDIF, Analog, Wave. ASIO etc
It would also be nice to name the various FX processors to DRUMs, VOC Delay 2, String etc..

Any suggestions?

Use the following devices:

Destination M
Destination S
External Effect M
External Effect S
External Master Effect
Source M
Source S

Example: For my MPX1 hardware effect processor I used an External Effect S device, setup the right audio ports and saved the device as MPX1.dev. Now I can drop that device in the routing window and connect it to whatever I want.

Thanks for the advice, this works quite good. The great thing is that the device remembers the patch points too!
