ModWHeel only effects the 2 x Waldorf Osc's.
Waldorf Osc's are treated by all 4 x effects. Duo Osc only the Dealy/CHorus pair.
It was made with 12 voices, 2 unison/detuned.

Your synth patches just keep astounding.
I finally found the stecki atoms I needed in order to play with this and again I'm in envy of the sounds you design.
